Shipping Policy

Delivery time is 1-3 business days for the EU and  3-5 business days for the Rest of the World.  Packages are delivered by DHL or FedEx, both of whom enable you to track and manage your parcel following dispatch.

UK, EU and US delivery is FREE over £45. Otherwise delivery is charged at £5.99.

Worldwide delivery is free when spending over £125.

Other delivery costs for the Rest of the World:

Under £75 delivery is £25.

£75 - £125 delivery is £15.

 

There are no additional customs duties or taxes for UK, EU and US Customers. We also cover duties for countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

Modeface will pay all import duties when shipping to the following (GCC) countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. That means no surprise fees—just a seamless shopping experience from checkout to delivery.

Customs operations are handled by Modeface and its partners together with the selected freight provider customs agency. All other international customers outside the EU, UK, US and GCC may be subject to pay tax and duties based on the destination country's import regulations. This means that the price displayed on Modeface may not reflect the final price you pay to receive your items. This is due to additional fees imposed by your country's customs office for international imports. Modeface are not responsible for any additional charges or delays that may occur due to customs clearing processes in the destination country. This is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

On request, we can advise and/or arrange customs clearance for private clients around the world.
