Refunds and Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day the package is delivered. Returns that are posted after the 14-days will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address.

For defects and wrong shipped items, the customer must contact Modeface Ltd by completing and submitting the Returns Form in full within 14 days. Following this a return label will be provided to have the defective/wrong item shipped back to our distribution partners.

 

When returning unwanted items the sender is responsible for shipping the items back via UPS, DHL, or Fed Ex with an active tracking number. The customer must complete the returns form to initiate the return and select how they wish to complete the return. The customer can either purchase a returns label through Modeface or return the item themselves to the returns address provided. In both cases the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

All returns must be in perfect original condition as the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, boxes, or dustbags. We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent. For declined returns, the order will be shipped to the buyer and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced.

Refunds will be made via PayPal or Debit/Credit Card within 5 business days of received and approving the returns.
